Not all USB-C™ ports support all features of the USB Type-C™ standard. Make sure your notebooks USB-C™ port supports DisplayPort Alternate Mode (DP-Alt Modi) and USB Power Delivery (PD).

The video output capability depends on the graphic card of your notebook and the connected monitor. Certain graphics cards have limited MST support, while some monitors also limit the available resolution.
